The Big Debate?

We are a small group of people who came together by the grace of God. Together we have: read, studied, and practiced the Bible.

We are not debaters, nor teachers or preachers, but we are just people who found some interesting things in our 30-40 years of study etc.. We thought we would share them with those who might care to know. Those whose minds are open to trying the “hail Mary” play. Those who, maybe, have tried everything else.

These days, many are searching for God. Soon, we pray, He will witness with someone and we will know “His people”. Until then all we can do is share information and keep trying.

“Keeping Commandments” seems to be the big debate. As we see it, keeping Commandments is a choice. God made His Law for Him. It is His Law and our choice is, do we want to live under His Law or die under our own?

You see God really does love us. He didn’t have to make sure we received His Law. He could have denied us the Life His Law gives. Love, yeah, you’ve heard it all before. But we aren’t talking about the type of love you use when you describe your favorite flavor of ice cream.

God stood upon the mount and spoke His Commandments, His Word.

Then God, with His own finger, wrote the Ten Commandments, His Word.

The He did something that will boggle your mind. He took His Word, had Him born through a woman and calls Him Jesus. Jesus is “The Word”, and that’s how The Law, God’s Law was hung on the cross.

So The Ten Commandments is Jesus, in spirit, in word, and in flesh. Our Trinity. Three, yet one. Our God is One. The Word (Commandments).

More to the heart of the matter: Our Founding Fathers saw them so important, that God’s Word was engraved in many of our capital buildings. They set our gate at Ellis Island with The Commandments. They opened schools where the Bible could be read and discussed.

This land was blessed because of the work of our Founding Fathers. But they didn’t quit there. They went on to grace us with the ultimate Constitution (God’s providence?). So if we fail now it is only ourselves to blame. To “keep” the Commandments and forsake not the law of our Mother, should be our goal of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and to honor our Mother and Father.

So the most important choice one has in this lifetime is whether or not you will cling, keep, abide in truth, The Commandments.

Psalms 119:151 Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are truth.

Psalms 119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

Let’s not argue with those who won’t keep the Commandments, after all, they, too, have a right to choose. Each in their own time, maybe we all will come to repentance, real repentance.

Amen

The Spoken Word, Written Word, and Word Made Flesh of God

Exodus 20:1 And God spake all these words, saying,

2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

7 Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

13 Thou shalt not kill.

14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

15 Thou shalt not steal.

16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

As it was mentioned in the comments, this is something that I think should be well-known.

What Makes Intelligence?

Education, wealth or state of birth is not what make one intelligent, but it is wisdom and understanding which only come from God. One’s looks, color or status in life does not give us the ‘intellect’.

The more we reject God, the more we depend upon the educated, wealthy and those of our color, our bad and we will pay for it. A high IQ means nothing without the wisdom and understanding given us by God. With education, the wisdom, and understanding, we can accomplish anything. Miss one component and we keep going in circles.

Maybe, some of us can gather these gems with the experience of life.

Holy as He is Holy

We are to be Holy as He is Holy. That can only be done through Jesus. To see yourself, you must see God. We are created in His image and likeness of God. So let’s look upon God and see how we can be Holy.

God gave us His heart when He spoke the Ten Commandments.
God gave us His mind when He wrote His covenant, the Ten Commandments.
God gave us His soul when He gave us His Son, The Word of God made flesh, our Ten Commandments. His heart, mind, and soul is Holy, Holy, Holy.

His Son made in the image and likeness of The Father, the Ten Commandments.

The Ten Commandments is the Law that hung on the cross, and the Law written in our heart. One day soon God will change those who have given their hearts, minds, and souls to God. And how do we do that? God made our heart Holy when He wrote His Law upon it. It is now your turn to decide if you will give your all to Him.

We give our all by following His way or advice in Deut. 6:8-9, we write His Law upon our forehead and hand. We set our borders, as He set His, with His Law. It is only through Jesus that we enter into the Kingdom of God. God offers us His Kingdom for what you have; will you make a good investment?

Why the King James only?

There is only one Word of God, so not all translations can be the One. Although man may change, God never does. If a translation has been copyrighted then it belongs to whom copyrighted it. We cannot do what the Bible teaches if we don’t have a public domain copy (we can be sued and or jailed) if we use a copyrighted copy, without permission. And permission is quite hard to get at times.

God told us to freely give, as you were freely given. A public domain Bible allows us to pull the *complete* key Scriptures. How else can God keep every jot and tittle? God’s orders should be more important to follow than whether or not our favorite Bible is up to date.

Psalms 119:151
Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

Jesus is The Word, John 1:1-5
The Word God spoke: Exodus 20:1 (His Spirit)
The Word God wrote: Deuteronomy 4:13(His Covenant)
and The Word God made flesh John 1:14 (Jesus). He is our example of The Trinity. He is The Law that hung on the cross and The Law that is written in the heart.
Psalms 40:7
Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me
Hebrews 10:7
Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

!!!WARNING!!!

It has taken a group of people many years to find all the armour of God. There have been many posts on the armour and what it consist of and to apply it to everwhere we were told.

It seems time is running short and we really believe it is time for those who want Jesus as Lord to act. You will need the Law (Ten Commandments and Sermon on the Mount) and the testimony.

It all can’t be explained in a single post, as well, since it isn’t forced on anyone, we all must make our own decision. We have found that unless one works for it, they find no value in it.

So the best that we can do is to introduce Jesus to you and allow you to ‘put Him on’ and let Him teach you according to your determination and want. There are seven, or eight pieces of armor. One of them is to make a new heart. In it you will need what you find is good. Keep all you find as good. Could be anything from the law and testimony to a list of people you know and love, even the law of your mother (Constitution etc.).

Put on Jesus, and do what you can from the Scriptures, then watch as He leads you in the way you should go. Your armour is your protection for the coming days, it also lets God know you are His child for you do as you see your Father do.

As times get tougher we seek stress relief and become addicted to things that will only hurt us. How about we focus on the good and seek to please The Father and show Jesus we love Him too.

The Founding Fathers of America wanted every citizen to own a Bible. Maybe they knew if they put the Scriptures in the hands of ‘We The People’, we would discover things unknown to mankind.

The best adventure one will have is to seek better ways, higher thoughts and find our God. Seek and you will find. Ask and it will be given unto you. Knock and it shall be opened unto you. God has given us His all, everything we need to see the return of our love. Hold on and dig deep for the things we all need, those things money can’t buy, people can’t steal.

Once, long ago, not sure who, but there was a sermon preached that said that if we could all get addicted to the study, practicing, and reading of The Word, we wouldn’t be at war with anyone. That was the sermon that changed many. Again, there was a man who taught the Old Testament, baptizing a generation in the waters of the Love of The Father. There are some good gospel teachers out there and many who really wants us to find the truth.

But we ourselves must learn to discern, to strive, to reach what we want for our loved ones, our community, and our country, and Jesus is our only real answer. So follow Him to The Father and let’s see where and what we are to do next. Learn the Love of God and wrap your family in His Love. May our God go with who chose Jesus as Lord and learns the Love of The Father. Don’t forget to be doers of The Word and Our Father will see us all through these times. It is those who have no affiliation to no other, that are willing to tread the unknown path.

Lot’s of hope and love, God’s Warriors.

Is God’s Law in Effect today?

God’s law will always be in effect. He never changes. What parts are binding? All children are under grace and mercy. Just as your children are not held up to your standards, God’s children are not held to His standards as of yet. Children, as they are children, are not expected to do as any adult does.

But as a child grows they are given more and more of the ways of an adult. They are then expected to be obey their parents and learn all they can to prepare to become adults that can manage their own affairs.

So, if you start with just one law from God, at least you then show that you are growing properly. As you learn, He gives you more things to do and to practice. So yes, we can start with one law and hope to keep growing.

No one should come down on someone who isn’t doing as they do because they might have different interests and picked a law they think they can keep. It just may not be the one you chose.

We should encourage anyone who is trying to please The Father or The Son. What we can do is to learn from one another and stop calling names and realize that Jesus “kept” the whole law. So it is fulfilled. One day we as a family, community, and country can come together as one in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We can show you how simple it is to “keep” the Ten Commandments, and do it according to the Word of God, it is found in Deut.6:8-9.

God will come back to save His children, those who show to be His, for we will do as we see our father do. If a preacher leads you to anything other than Jesus, or The Father, than they are a false teacher.

Why are we Qestioning our Salvation?

Many people are questioning their salvation. It is as easy as 1 2 3. One, repent. Two accept Jesus. Three obey God, that would mean both The Father and The Son, you know, the whole Bible is needed.

So you are doing what you know from the N.T., super. Now do what you know to do from the O.T.. Remember Jesus didn’t fulfill the law when He came as a son of God. It is easy to see that He, Jesus, didn’t worry about being a king or priest. He did what He could from the law, as should we.

We suggest you begin at the beginning and get used to His voice. But if you will apply Deut. 6:8-9 before reading, it will help you understand what He needs you to know to fulfill the will of God. For He comes to fulfill God’s will. It isn’t our place to fulfill but Jesus’. He needs people to work through.

So let’s show you why The Heavenly Father wants you in His Word.

Psalms 119:151
Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

Jesus is The Word, John 1:1-5
The Word God spoke: Exodus 20:1
The Word God wrote: Deuteronomy 4:13
and The Word God made flesh John 1:14.

God armed His people with the Holy Spirit. Jesus also arms those who love Him, with His voice spoken on top of the mount, just as His Father did. Both the Word of God and the Word of Jesus adds life, for their words are spirit and they are life, allowing The Spirit to lead our flesh and fulfill the will of God.

By obeying God, meaning the law, prophets, and N.T. allows us to show God we are His children and we do as He does. It also protects us from those who come to steal, kill, and destroy, plauges etc..

As well we gain the wisdom, understanding, protections, and promises our Heavenly Father gives to those who love and obey Him.

By adding more life to what God has already given us we can see our children’s children or more. We can be the wisdom, and love many of us need. To be there for those you don’t want to leave behind to struggle in this world.

We can make this world, a world we wouldn’t mind leaving for our children. To give them a firm foundation so they can live a care free life. With gained knowledge from what the Bible can teach us, maybe, just maybe we can bring the Kingdom of God to earth.

Does Size Matter?

In Deut. 6:8-9 where God tells us to bind The Word (Ten Commandments) and apply them to you and your gates. And so we did. So many people ask if they could read them, maybe with a magnifying glass, was our answer. What good is it if you can’t read it, they ask. Well our reponse is simply there is many things we can’t see or read or understand but they have their effect.

The King James Bible is a spiritual book of love, hope, most anything money can’t buy. If germs etc. can do their work, why can’t the spirit of God. Jesus tells us His words are spirit and they are life. There are things out there that are doing a lot of damage, we just spread the spirit and allow it to do what it does.

How should Bible Believers handle the Clean Food Laws?

How do we work the Old Testament with the New Testament? What are we to eat? Clean foods only, or whatever we want, as long as we pray over it.

So your neighbour wants to get to know you better and gives you an invitation to dinner. You try to show God you love Him and try to do things His way, eat what He says, yet for dinner your neighbour serves you pork. What would you do?

Well, to find that middle road, we would end up eating with our neighbour, with prayer, and then eat at home what God prescribes. Why would one allow a pork dinner to divide you from your neighbour?

What if you invited your neighbour and you decide to serve lamb. Your neighbour hates lamb and won’t eat it, yet they accept your invitation. They come, but they bring a dish they can enjoy and teaches you how to handle neighbours who serve something you will not enjoy.

Then again, the one who tries to please God knows and accepts that they are in the care of Jesus, can do what is against their beliefs and/or His Law in order to get closer to their neighbour. Without compromising, without conversation, without care or love, what can be accomplished? Where is the grace, the acceptance of others who are not as close to God as you are?

Which neighbour has more faith, love, grace etc.?

One can learn the ways of God and still enjoy the company of you neighbour because of the grace and mercy of God.

There is a middle road. God knows the situation we are in, and that is why we have a mediator!!

A small side note: the term Jew came from the fact that the northern tribes of Israel were scattered and lost their identity when they sinned against God for the last time. There were only two tribes left, and one of those was almost eradicated. The clean food laws of the ‘jews’ as you say, were proscribed to the Whole house of Israel, and not one tribe. And God tends towards the ideas of one law for the stranger, and the native.

Would you let any dinner separate you from your neighbours or loved ones?

Will We Suffer the Plagues

It is so important that we seek the wisdom of God for we are facing some really trying times. We are being attacked from every possible angle. Especially with the Coronovirus scare going on right now.

Psalms 91:9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

Jesus referred us to The Father for reasons we may not understand but He knew we would need God’s wisdom to show us our way. Just as Jesus followed The Father, so shall we. This is why:

Be prepared for anything at anytime and KNOW The Word/Jesus.

Protect your home and family and property by using the wisdom of God in Deut. 6:8-9

Psalms 119:151
Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

Jesus is The Word, John 1:1-5
The Word God spoke: Exodus 20:1
The Word God wrote: Deuteronomy 4:13
and The Word God made flesh John 1:14.

With obedience to The Father in Deut.6:8-9, The Father anoints us with His Word, putting us in His Son, The Holy Spirit.

Build up the body of Christ by ‘putting on’ The Lord. Cling to, dwell in the law (Ten Commandments) and testimony (Sermon on the Mount). We know His voice.

His words are spirit and they are life. Hear Him. Prepare for your future and the life of your loved ones. As Paul tells us, “put on Jesus.” Cling to, dwell in the Truth, in life. Learn of the armour of God and grow strong in our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Spirit of God, the Ten Commandments, used to be everywhere across America, not any more. Few homes will contain the precious Word of God. Our schools, our court houses and public property have mostly removed the Commandments. God’s Word will preserve us if we apply them once again across our Country. Each of us, on our property, our loved ones, on our all. He never left us, we left Him. Surround your world in Light.

We are to serve Him with all that we are, heart, mind and soul. Are you one of His? When you are powerless, power up IN Jesus. He is still with us, will we let them remove Him even from our families? May God go with us all in accordance with His law, His love. Cling to the Truth, dwell in Him. Protect your family!!! He always shows us a way out of our troubles. Let’s seek His wisdom in all our problems.

Always use K.J.V. if possible. Jesus ascended to The Father, will we follow Him?

The Spirit?

Many wonder what ‘the spirit’ is. How are we to let ‘the spirit’ lead us? If we reap what we sow, what are we sowing? We give money, clothes, anything we have a little extra of. But none of that is sowing of ‘the spirit’.

My words are spirit and they are life, John 6:63. That is something we were told by Jesus. Jesus sent people to preach the gospel. But Jesus also sent us to The Father in the Sermon on the Mount, knowing we would need to strengthen ourselves. Jesus’ words are spirit, and The Father’s word is also spirit.

The Father also gives us spirit that we need to spread but not by preaching, but another way that would help to preserve us (Deut. 6:8-9, 6:24.

If we sow money, we reap money etc., maybe that is why Christians have prospered. If we want ‘the spirit’ to lead us, to spread across our country, then shouldn’t we spread The Word of our God, our Ten Commandments. And if you see Jesus as God, which He is, then spread His Word, the Sermon on the Mount as well.

Maybe then our country would have a better spirit than looking forward to all the hate, stealing, destruction, and death. We can fight death with life by passing on the words of life. Any word from the Holy Book is Holy Spirit.
