Following the Customs of Jesus

Jesus tells us that His words are “Spirit and they are life.” This should be eye-opening to everyone. Spirit, to most of us, is something that we think we can’t see, like a ghost or something. Then, we have spirit as in everyone in harmony. More like a ball game or concert, etc.

But, now if we can begin to see spirit as a word or words that can put us in harmony with one another, then we can–I don’t know–kind of mortar ourselves back together.

The world has divided us to the point, some of us are ready to turn arms on one another. They have labeled us, dividing us, to the point where we are hurting ourselves, and not the enemy.

I have a few questions. Did President Thomas Jefferson have the right idea when he captured the words of Jesus? He bound the spoken words of Jesus in a book, to spread the spirit of Jesus. {He didn’t have a computer in order to bind all those words to the point they can be worn.} But today, we do.

Then we have the spirit of America. What is that? Those words that have held us together for more that two hundred years. The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and our Bill of Rights.

So, do you think if we were to take the spirit of Jesus, or the spirit of America, maybe even both, and “put on” that spirit, allow it to lead us, couldn’t we all become one again?

What if we do keep the words of Jesus, like Jesus kept His Father’s? What if true Americans wore their words, those words that our Founding Fathers blessed us with? What if we kept the custom of Jesus and wore the blessings of both? Couldn’t we come together and make America great again? Strong enough in our faith in our country‘s foundation, to stand against any and all enemies?

Keeping the customs of Jesus by wearing the blessings, may be the answer that America is looking for.

Hey! If we put Jesus’ words above our Founding Documents, we could call it “One Nation Under God,” that is if you see Jesus as God.

May every American be found with the blessings upon our heads.

Fight. Every Christian has to fight. But, first put the Spirit of Jesus on to protect you. And our Founding Fathers’ words to help us stand.

Such a Sore Subject in America, Gun Control!

Many of us refuse to see the big picture. Some think with their heart (leftist), others with their minds (right). We feel for those who fall victom to guns, violence etc.. Yet, some of us still see the need to keep our guns as we see our rights, our decisions fade into the government’s control.

As the government takes control of our lives, some seek to slow or even stop the progress.

To be honest, we have a government that has reached waaay beyond what they were hired to do.The government is taking the states’ rights, individual rights, consuming power they were never meant to have. Many of us are just giving the government our power. It is WE THE PEOPLE, not a dictator, nor tyrant’s right to remove our rights. Be it gun control, birth control etc.. There are some decisions we must all make individually. They don’t belong to the government. We, like no other nation, we the people, not the government, were given the power. We shouldn’t give up that which was fought and died for by our fathers.

If one worries about how many die from guns, check our wars. How many have died there? Yet the government arms them and sends our children to die in foregn lands. Does the President go fight with ’em? Does he send his own children?

Let me ask you, if we give up all our guns and then one comes who abuses his power, who stands up for our rights then? We, being totally unarmed, can simply be led right into camps, death or work. What stops those who think they know better than you from taking everything you own? Enslaving your children, leaving you with nothing but grief, looking forward to death?

Don’t claim it won’t happen here in America, Rome was once a strong nation, said the same thing, yet those who didn’t die, lost it all, as did many other nations. If we think we are to “good” to lose it all, then our God needs to seriouly humble us. Which, He may be doing.

We have to find a middle road. We cannot let all power fall into the hands of one man, no matter who he is. Even Jesus separated power between twelve men. We cannot go too far to the left, nor right. There is a middle road. Now, more than ever, we need people who can think with both the mind and heart. We can’t be all laws, and we can’t play the pity card continually. Our heart and mind must come together to make decisions for ourselves and our nation.

Let’s not forget that not only did our Founding Fathers arm us, but so did our God. So keep your guns, and keep the Commandments. The Ten Commandments are your armour, when kept as instructed in Deuteronomy 11:18. So arm yourself with The arms given by our spiritual Father as well as those given us by our Founding Fathers. It seems we are going to need all the help we can get.

We will be either controlled by morals or by bayonets.

May God go with us all as we fight to keep our inheritance.

Can We Reach a Higher Standard?

Why do most people, who have received the blessing of God, claim proudly that they don’t have to do anything God says? Do we really get blessings without having some requirement attached?

I have a hard time understanding why they don’t want the counsel of God. I hear the complaints of people who don’t want to better themselves. They are happy with who and what they are and want us to accept them the way they are. Yet, they complain of others, those whose manners, morals etc. are not up to their standards. And then demand that others grow up, act better and stop the bad manners and attitude.

If you, yourselves, are not trying to improve who you are, then you have no right to demand anyone to try and better themselves.

As Americans, most believe many who are now coming to America are coming for no other reason but to steal, kill, and destroy. They seem to want no part of our way of life. And, you can say that they are right, but we have shown God, repeatedly, that we don’t want a better way of life as well. Do people become the head of a company without working for that position? No more than we get better standards or habits without working them consistently into our lives.

If one isn’t going to even try to live by the standard of a country, I don’t believe they should be able to enter the country. So if you hope to enter God’s Kingdom and refuse His standard, do you think He will let you in to destroy His way of life?

Many see America as a place of refuge. A place to go for help in a time of turmoil in their own country. Ever wonder where people will go if America is no more? If the world overtakes America what becomes of our children? Do we leave them to be tortured, mutilated, raped, beheaded, thrown from rooftops? Where will our children go when their lives are endangered? Will we leave them with no hope? Would you want to leave your family at the mercy of their invaders?

Even if you can’t, yet, say as David, “Oh God how I love thy Law,” can you not seek a better way? God’s ways are better than ours. Our ways may be better than a lot of the ways of the world, but I do believe our ways are not up to God’s standard. We have room to grow. Most know we are not perfect. But just because we aren’t yet perfect, does that give us the excuse we need to stop trying?

So what can we do? First thing is we need to stop seeking, pleading with politicians and churches to help us. Believe it or not our Founding Fathers left us, the people, with the power to change things. It isn’t the government that will give us the wisdom, nor ways to do what needs done, but God.

Those who say no one is perfect, say such things as if it is their excuse to sit around and do nothing. Yet they blame everyone else: the government, people who aren’t up to their standard etc.. There are those who are perfect, and they can teach us. They are willing to help us if we would only seek their counsel.

If you need any other reason to try to live up to God’s standards, you need to remember something. God has turned a nation’s enemies against them when they refuse to seek Him and turn their nose up to His ways. As we all know, history repeats itself. Oh, the names might change but the consequences will remain the same. So the question is: how many will fall off the cliff before we change our course? For the sake of your family, for the sake of America, seek God with your whole heart. (Psst: that means using the whole Bible, including the Old Testament.)

Spread the Word, America

As we all know, God’s ways are different and better than ours. If we want God to help us then we have to figure out how to get His attention. We are getting desperate, our nation, our freedom, our faith is being sorely tried. Will we make it? Can we do it? Will you rise to the occasion?

The Christian clergy is asking us to pray, vote, and to get involved. Good advice, only with them in the same boat as we are, still doing things the way they were taught by men, are they the ones we should be seeking our advice?

Let’s take prayer. There is verbal prayer, silent prayer, written prayer, prayer in song, and many other ways. Does God prefer one over the other? Is there a time for them all, plus the ones maybe we haven’t noticed or heard of yet?

And then voting. This can go in many directions, so let say the only time God asked us to agree to anything is to accept Jesus. To declare Jesus our Lord Jesus Christ. He did that by telling us to agree or accept His Word. In fact that is all He ever asked of anyone, all the way back to Israel. As Solomon declared, the whole duty of men is to keep the Commandments.

If you have read much on this site you will know we see our Lord Jesus Christ as the whole Bible. Lord, is the Old Testament, Jesus is the Son of God (Gospels), and then the Christ is the Epistles. The Whole Bible sums up how we are to worship God (Old Testament) and how to get along with one another (New Testament).

God goes on to teach us to trim the light by which we walk. So we can take the Bible and trim it down to the Ten Commandments. As well we can take our Constitution and trim it. Thereby keeping the Commandments and forgetting not the law of our mother.

So to vote the way God would acknowledge would be to do as it is written in His Word and bind and wear the Ten Commandments, declaring Jesus is our King.

And then get involved. That is done in many ways. Pick one. If you can’t preach, sing, then print it. Do something to put the Spirit of our Father and our Country back in America. As they remove all that is good, we simply put it everywhere. Privately!

Bind them and place them upon you, yours, your home, your gates. They can be hidden anywhere, everywhere.

We all know God’s ways are different, so when we are told we need to do something, seek God’s way in doing so.

Again we have been warned to arm ourselves. That Christians have become the targets of the world’s hate and anger. So how do we arm ourselves? With everything we can. God gave us armour, we just have to learn to use it. That is done by putting on His Word. To get in Jesus, the Ten Commandments. As well our Founding Fathers told us to arm ourselves. They gave us guns. So do both if possible. Darkness is approaching. Don’t leave anyone unarmed. Be sure and cover every one in Jesus and let all who will buy a gun.

Above all, ask God His advice on everything. Then use His counsel.

Let’s join together and arm everyone, pray for our nation, and may God go with us all. Amen.

Jesus is The Spoken Word, He is The Written Word and He is The Word of God, made flesh. His words are spirit and they are life. Spread The Word!

To All Ministers of the Christian Faith:

Ministers of the faith, you can’t quit now. People trust you to show them what God expects from them. They trust you to give them answers to the day’s problems. They gave you their time, their money, most do all you ask of them. They trust you and many has as much faith in you as they would a parent or anyone they see that God has put in authority. Some trust you more than they trust God Himself.

Do you realize the Spirit moves, not just in church, yet we see it not. The only way we know it’s around is because it will move some into action. That can happen anywhere. Yet most of you don’t look around you. Look up and see where and what the Spirit of God is doing. See what people are saying and what they are doing. Be ready to prove all things. To give proper answers to problems.

If you haven’t noticed, the call for all Christians to arm themselves, has been declared. We have become targets for others’ hate and anger. We cannot allow that angry world to overcome us. We not only need to arm ourselves but we must learn to fight.

Can you counsel us? Do you have our answer? Have you sought God’s counsel to our problem? Have you seen or heard of the moving of the Spirit, prepared to prove all things?

Prove this: To put on Jesus is to bind and wear the Ten Commandments!
He is: The Word Spoken
The Word Written
And The Word spoken of in John 1:1-4, The Word made flesh.

Our Trinity. On the cross was Jesus and a sign above His head. Where was “The Law” that was upon that cross. What is it that God wrote upon your heart that allows you to claim Jesus lives within?

Mind blowing maybe, but true. God provided us with all we would need. We have to learn to use it. To arm ourselves, to protect all that we stand for.

Just because they have removed God from the schools as well as most public places, they shouldn’t be able to remove Him from our life. Cling to Him by keeping Commandments. Keep, as in retain possession of Him, cling to Him. Let Him protect you and yours.

And for those who claim we cannot love God and country, remember we are told to keep commandments and forget not the law of your mother. That would be your Constitution. Be sure and trim the light by which you walk and cut off anything after our Founding Fathers’ signatures. Add liberty(Bill of Rights) and justice(Declaration of Independence), bind it and place it under God, your Ten Commandments.

In our Ten Commandments, do not add to, nor take away, a single word. Copy it just as is, from Exodus 20:2-Exodus 20:17.

The Ten Commandments are the Seal of God, and the need is to seal His people.

Psalms 119:151 Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are truth.

Psalms 119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

Wrap your people in truth so we can all become what God knew we could be, One nation under God!

May God go with us all
Amen

The Big Debate?

We are a small group of people who came together by the grace of God. Together we have: read, studied, and practiced the Bible.

We are not debaters, nor teachers or preachers, but we are just people who found some interesting things in our 30-40 years of study etc.. We thought we would share them with those who might care to know. Those whose minds are open to trying the “hail Mary” play. Those who, maybe, have tried everything else.

These days, many are searching for God. Soon, we pray, He will witness with someone and we will know “His people”. Until then all we can do is share information and keep trying.

“Keeping Commandments” seems to be the big debate. As we see it, keeping Commandments is a choice. God made His Law for Him. It is His Law and our choice is, do we want to live under His Law or die under our own?

You see God really does love us. He didn’t have to make sure we received His Law. He could have denied us the Life His Law gives. Love, yeah, you’ve heard it all before. But we aren’t talking about the type of love you use when you describe your favorite flavor of ice cream.

God stood upon the mount and spoke His Commandments, His Word.

Then God, with His own finger, wrote the Ten Commandments, His Word.

The He did something that will boggle your mind. He took His Word, had Him born through a woman and calls Him Jesus. Jesus is “The Word”, and that’s how The Law, God’s Law was hung on the cross.

So The Ten Commandments is Jesus, in spirit, in word, and in flesh. Our Trinity. Three, yet one. Our God is One. The Word (Commandments).

More to the heart of the matter: Our Founding Fathers saw them so important, that God’s Word was engraved in many of our capital buildings. They set our gate at Ellis Island with The Commandments. They opened schools where the Bible could be read and discussed.

This land was blessed because of the work of our Founding Fathers. But they didn’t quit there. They went on to grace us with the ultimate Constitution (God’s providence?). So if we fail now it is only ourselves to blame. To “keep” the Commandments and forsake not the law of our Mother, should be our goal of life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and to honor our Mother and Father.

So the most important choice one has in this lifetime is whether or not you will cling, keep, abide in truth, The Commandments.

Psalms 119:151 Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are truth.

Psalms 119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

Let’s not argue with those who won’t keep the Commandments, after all, they, too, have a right to choose. Each in their own time, maybe we all will come to repentance, real repentance.

Amen
