Saved By Grace?

Saved by Grace, His grace, His actions, His love. Oh so right, we are saved by grace. BUT there is more to the story. If we die, we go to heaven, whatever one believes is good with us. BUT again, what happens to those we leave behind? What about our children, grandchildren, all we know and love? What will happen to our country? Will the world overtake us? Jesus warned us not to let that happen.

The war on if one is to “keep” the law or rely on grace, is totally overdone. If one can get past themselves, their fears or even the ego, then we can accept the fact that we need help. Jesus died on that cross to save the world, not just you or me. He looked forward to what this world would face and it sadden Him.

God knows the beginning from the end. Jesus saw the end and provided us a way to also see the future. We can provide for ours the way He did for His.

We seek the wisdom, the path, the way Jesus chose, The Father’s instructions. Jesus kept The Father’s law, so should we? And what about Paul telling us we don’t need to observe the law?

God’s law is the Ten Commandments, The Father Himself spoke, wrote, and then made His Word flesh. Three times He gave us His law. We do need to “keep” it in the manner He instructs us in Deut.6:8-9. And since we do as we see our Father do, wouldn’t we also keep that part of the laws directed for the children of God to the best of our ability?

If one can seek The Father’s wisdom, and use it as such, then each of us will fulfill a part of the law according to the abilities given to each individual. We are part of the body of Jesus Christ and we, on our own, are not responsible to fulfill the law. Only fulfill the part you are able to do or what pertains to you.

God gave directions for the kings, priests, judges etc. and the children. As we grow we will find that He trains us according to His will. We find out who we are in Jesus.

Yes, grace will get you to your destination. But think ahead, is there not wisdom to help preserve, protect those who are left behind when you leave? And really, who wants to arrive to Paradise as a pauper?

As this world falls apart, and our enemies surround us, is there nothing we can do to help those who will be left after we have gone? Whose wisdom should we seek, who’s council? Mankind has not found a solution to this world’s woes, can we not seek higher wisdom?

And for those who want to trust in God: learn to “keep” the Commandments. Those who love Jesus, pass that love on as Jesus tells all who love Him to “keep” His Word (Sermon on the Mount) just as He kept His Father’s. So take the Ten Commandments, and Sermon on the Mount, and learn to grow strong in our Lord. May we all stand to see the day of our Lord as we are made aware of the ways of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Name Calling?

Name calling gets us nowhere. Just because one doesn’t believe as you do, doesn’t mean they are ‘satanists’. There are many Christians who don’t even realize who Jesus is.

He is The Word of God. The Word God spoke, from the heart. The Word God wrote, with His own finger. The Word God made flesh and called Him, Son.

Jesus, The Son, The Word is The Law that hung on the cross and is written upon hearts. Without The Word, This Jesus, no one shall enter into the Kingdom.

In Deut.6:8-9 God tells us how to enter into His Word, His Son. There are many paths to Jesus because anyone can show someone who Jesus is and provide The Word for them. Only through Jesus may we get to the Father.

We the body of Jesus can lead anyone to Jesus, many paths. Once in Jesus, they go through Jesus to get to the Father.

If one sees many paths, maybe they have yet to find Jesus because Christians won’t teach the public who He is. Instead of condemning others maybe we should see the lack of understanding in ourselves. We are all God’s children, vessels for the spirit we choose to follow. If you see someone wrong, teach, and show them The Spirit of Jesus, The Ten Commandments.

The Victor?

Many people are getting ready to ‘bug out’. They are willing to pack a bag and go for the hills, or mountains, whatever, and why would they do this?

To work all your life, to have children, a home, vehicles, some of us have so much more, just to walk away and let those who come to steal, kill, and destroy, have it all?

I ask you, who is the victor? As most of us know there is more than one way to accomplish a task. What about those who cannot ‘bug out’? Too old, too young, too broke, sick etc.. Do we leave them behind and consider them collateral damage?

Has no one considered them? What if, you are fit and can flee but your spouse isn’t well enough? Or do you have a disabled child? Are our loved ones to be considered collateral damage? I think not! There is another way.

We Americans have always said that we are one “Nation Under God”. It is on our money, on our minds, and in our soul. Our national motto is even in the fourth verse of The Star-Spangled Banner. Many Americans are Christians and we believe in Jesus. He used to be everywhere, in almost every home, schools, court houses etc.. Today, He isn’t found in public very often. Even most of the churches have removed Him. Maybe it is because not many people have found Him. Or worse, bought into a misleading statement. That the Law was done away with.

Jesus is The Word, John 1:1-5
The Word God spoke: Exodus 20:1
The Word God wrote: Deuteronomy 4:13
and The Word God made flesh John 1:14. He is our example of The Trinity.

Yes, those Ten Commandments is Jesus. When God tells us in Deut.6:8-9 to bind and wear His Word He is placing us in His Son, Jesus and His Spirit.

In the New Testament we are told about the armour of God. It talks about the Seal of God. Jesus sent us to the Old Testament in the Sermon on the Mount, to seek The Father’s will. We, being the children of God should go to the O.T. and see what our Father instructs His children.

Remember we are not kings, priests, or judges, just His children, so those are the laws we learn to keep. And so The Father places us in His Son upon obedience.

Jesus then keeps the custom by telling those who love Him to also keep His word. By doing so we “keep” both the law, Ten Commandments, and the Sermon on the Mount, having the law and testimony.

Let’s remember Jesus tells us His words are spirit and they are life. We can just put on the Spirit of God and dwell in, cling to, the Spirit, allowing the Spirit to lead the flesh. Now we have not only Jesus in us, but us in Him. We continue to learn the armour of God until we are sealed for the day of redemption.

Seal your family, home, pets anything that is yours, even your stuff. What we bind on earth is bound in heaven, it belongs to God and is safer in His Hands.

For those who know all this and is wanting more, be sure and go through both the law and prophets and then the N.T. for better understanding of the armour of God.

In the Prophets we are told to “keep” His Commandments and forsake not the law of our Mother.

If one refuses to do what the laws say, your Father or Mother’s, then they are sinners because sin is transgression of the law, both have their laws, rules etc..

So our solution is, of course, the wisdom of our Father. Just as He told us to trim our light, we cut out the laws that do not relate to us. So we cut the laws of our Father down to the Ten Commandments and any law referring to the children of God. If you don’t know who you really are, just the Commandments will do.

So now we can do the same with the laws of our Mother, America. Take the Constitution and take out anything you find not concerning you. Trim the lights by which you walk, then obey God by acknowledging Deut.6:8-9, KEEP, cling to, dwell in those laws.

We are to “keep” that which is good. One should remember that when God created the heavens, the earth, the sea and all that in them is, He declared it all good.

If one doesn’t obey God and Love Jesus, then they fail to have the law and testimony one will need for the coming days.

We don’t want to be caught lawless, but again, we don’t want all the laws laid down by politicians etc.. They make more laws daily. No one can keep up with them, so cling to only the law of your Father and Mother, those that apply to you.

Help search The Word of God for new information. Tell others what you find, get their come backs and let’s remember, action speaks louder than words. We work out of love for those we know, those we don’t, and to let our God see and hear that we are His children. We rely on His wisdom and His love for us.

Most of us work daily to support and feed our families. And now we work–not for salvation for Jesus died to save the world, that is taken care of–but to seek the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of our God. Get in Jesus, put Him on and let Him lead us into the glory of God.

Let’s stay positive, encourage one another and treat every opinion as important as our own.

Defeating the Darkness

Our God did not leave us defenseless. We are to fight the evil with good. We are to learn to keep that which is good. Our problem is we don’t know what is good, nor how to keep it.

It isn’t just the government who let down our borders. We, as a people, did it first. When we refused to fight those who removed our God from this land. They started with the children by taking God from the schools. They remove all that is good from the land. Then, we wonder why the evil is invading us. They will take whatever is left. Our children, homes and nation. When the light is put out; darkness reigns.

They have taken several countries and they don’t intend to stop. Only good will conquer evil. So, we must learn good and learn to keep it. It is as easy as to obey God and love Jesus.

The worst thing we can do, is learn the hate. We don’t want to focus on the hate. It is Jesus we need to study, to see how He tells us to walk. We are not talking about closing our eyes to what is happening in this world, but we must focus toward the light. That is the only way to sustain sanity, as well as keep us focused on the proper path.

Why we are losing this fight is because we don’t know our Lord and God. When we can see that Jesus is ‘The Word’ we can learn a lot.
Jesus is The Word God spoke upon the mount.(Holy Spirit)
He is The Word God wrote with His own finger. (Covenant)
He is The Word God made flesh. (His Son)
Jesus is our example of the Trinity. The three are One.
He is The Law that died on the cross. (He lives)
He is The Law that is written on the hearts of Christians.
It begins when we realize that God’s will shall never be ‘done away with’. And the fact God gave us His all, His spoken Word, His heart, for from the heart the mouth speaks, His mind, the written Word, His covenant. And The Word made flesh, His soul. He isn’t asking us to do anything He Himself hasn’t done.

God’s law contain laws that pertain to different fields. There are laws that God Himself takes care of. Some for the priests to fulfill, and some for the children of God etc.. We are to seek the will of God, so what law you attempt to fill is how you see yourself. Just as the American laws have laws for those who drive a car, some for the government, some for whatever it is one does. We only apply the laws according to what we do, who we are.

Jesus submitted to those God put over Him. He didn’t come as a king, nor play the role of a priest. But He did walk the walk of a child of God, showing us our own walk.

To sum it up, we are to obey God and love Jesus, our goal. So go to the O.T. and see how Jesus walked as a child of God and do likewise. And then Jesus said if we love Him keep His words even has He kept His Fathers. So ‘put on’ the Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount. Let the Light of this world shine. Stay in the light and never let darkness overcome your family.

If we are the children of God, then those laws directed to the children should be observed by the children. Israel is a people, not a land. Those who have kept the law and testimony are those who will still be standing at the end of the day. It’s time to empower the people to stand against the darkness that is facing us today.

You must remember that God is the only one who can help us now. So far, America seems to be standing on her own. But that can only last so long. So, let’s get the Calvary on our side.

Get in the spirit of our God.

Do we even know what that Spirit is? The word from the mouth of God and the words from the mouth of Jesus. In Deut.6:8-9 God teaches us how to get into His Son. If we would get in The Word and learn to love Jesus, we would have the law and testimony we will need to overcome the spirit of the world. Their weapons will not prevail against us if we will learn how to ‘keep’ those things we hold dear.

We can give life, getting it from the book of life, our Bibles. To “keep” The Law (Ten Commandments) and the Testimony (Sermon on the Mount) which gives life, we can overcome our enemies. Let us all learn to keep the Words of God and overcome the spirit of the world. They cannot beat the life our God gives us. Our faith in our God can overcome our enemies. May our God fight for us and help us when we show Him we are His children and we have an enemy who is stronger than us. Obey God, Love Jesus, not too hard, right??

Grace vs. Law

I think it best to look up the word grace in any “good” dictionary. Once you see the definition, and don’t just play ‘pick and choose,’ then take that and look at the Scripture. We are called children of God. Do children just get a free pass because Daddy did it already? We are just children and we should act like we know who we are. Children, yes, but is there a time when we see past ourselves? Will we ever grow up? For even in times of “law” there is grace. God’s grace is forever. Yet we need to understand what stage of grace we should be living in.

There is a grace given to children. Just as you don’t expect anything from your toddler. Whatever they do, they are forgiven because they don’t yet understand. This idea changes, hopefully, when the toddler becomes a child, definitely before the child becomes a teen.

Then, there is the grace given us under “law”. Where there is someone who is willing to “cosign”, pay etc.. Of course, there are still requirements for those who receive that grace.

As well we all know Jesus said “it is finished”. So we don’t have to do anything because it is all done for us? Don’t think that will go over too well in the course of life. “Hey Judge, I don’t have to keep the speed limit ’cause Daddy never broke that law.” Just don’t ask me to post your bail, or pay your fine.

Let’s face it. Sooner or later we all have to grow up. We all have to learn to see past ourselves and care for others around us. So, if you die and go to heaven, what did you leave to make the world a better place?

Enough Already!

For those of you who want to destroy Christmas for others: Stop it! There is nothing better than Christmas. You want to see evil in everything, well let me show you some good. If you can’t see anything but evil, then look away or this may blind you!

Christmas is the very spirit of God, to help, to fulfill, to surprise, to spread love! To forget all worries, and focus on others, to fulfill hearts, spread peace, to help others, to show all the very spirit of God.

Some have a problem getting this. Case in point: I recently ran across one of Mr. David Grossman’s exposes on violence in the video game industry, and his theory bothers me, especially during this time of the year.

Now, before I go on, I will admit to not reading any of Mr. Grossman’s exposes. However, I have heard, seen, and read a few of his interviews. This has given me a fair handle on his theory. I also know people, quite well in fact, that play these so-called violent video games, and watch violent movies, you know the good action films. So here is my rebuttal to the idea that violent media is breeding a generation of killers.

Mr. Grossman’s idea is that if you look at the spree killers–school-shooters in particular–you’ll see that they all played video games. And you know what? He is right. But that’s not very surprising. Most school-shooters are boys. And video gaming is a male-oriented industry. Let’s face it, until video games get into the self-confessional, romantic-comedy, or otherwise emotionally-based works, they probably won’t attract girls by the droves. With the sheer numbers of boys and men who play these so-called violent video games, we should see far more spree killings than we do. So there has to be more to this theory to make it work.

Maybe it has to do with the particular games that are being played. Now I’ll admit to not particularly caring about others’ likes in entertainment, unless they are close to me. So the only game that I know any of the recent spree killers played was “Doom.” The game made infamous due to the Columbine killers. This must be an awful, horrifyingly violent game if it could turn two teenage boys into murderers, right?

Um, not quite. You see here’s where the idea of violent media falls apart. Violence is, for the most part, a side effect of the story line. So you can’t really just look at the violence in “Doom” to see the problem. You have to look at the storyline as well. And when you do that, you find that the storyline of “Doom” is that the player, you since it is a first person shooter–this is a genre, not a warning–, is trying to close the gates of Hell. Not very horrifying is it. Okay, so there has to be something else.

What could cause so many people to become spree killers? The easiest things to blame it on would be the video games, and bullying. But, just like the gaming, there are many people who didn’t go on a killing spree just because someone made their lives hell. Besides, most bullied victims turn the gun, so to speak, on themselves first.

It’s time we try something new. If the fact of just seeing the Scripture “Thou shalt not steal,” protects Memorial Day decorations from being swiped, how much more could wearing the Scripture warning “Thou shalt not kill” save lives? People, including students, will wear wristbands for a cause. Why not let the wristbands do double duty? Add the Ten Commandments to the wristband. Who needs to know? Other than God, whose business is it? It might just buy us all time for the parents of those predisposed to such actions, to get to the root of the problem

Bad things might happen, but sweeping generalizations do nothing to solve the problem. You have to take things on a case by case basis. We’re individuals, and we have individualized reasoning.

Things are things which could be used for evil or good by us. If you are evil then you see evil in many things. Smoking, drinking, video games, movies, monuments, guns, people, even Santa Claus (and don‘t try to say he is the same as Satan, that‘s like saying God is the same as a dog )! But if you are good then good can come from anything. God created all things and said: It Is Good! If you persist in seeing these things as evil, perhaps you need to become part of the Church, part of Jesus’ Body, as God warned us that evil comes from the heart of man.
